This rare large charming wicker Hopi basket plaque from Second Mesa dates to the c1990s. The plaque is a rare example of a weaver portraying Butterfly Maiden in a large wicker basket. The multi-colored plaque incorporates white, black, yellow, blue, and red dyes. Stored away since purchased at Hopi but still slightly faded on the front side. 
 
The weaving measures 14 1/4" x 1"
