Set of 7 antique Navajo wedding ceremonial baskets. This set of wedding baskets c1930s-40s are nice traditional dish-shaped baskets used in wedding and healing ceremonies. Stored away since new. They are traditionally woven with the white inner to outer path facing the end of the outer edge so the path can face east in a dark hogan ceremony. They have small sumac plugs at the center to hold the ceremonial corn pollen. They are in a glass front riker box 8" x 14.5" x 1.5"
