Vintage Navajo pictorial wedding basket is woven by famous Black Family weaver Peggy Black. Peggy Black is one of the three most innovative weavers of the Black Family. Purchased at The Twin Rocks Trading Post late c1990s and stored away. This colorful "Turkey basket" represents the emergence story of Navajo elders coming from the inner to outer world.
