Rare Hopi Kachina doll basket woven by master weaver Alicia Adams (Monroe). This Grandmother or Mother Earth Kachina is the mother of all Kachinas. Alicia has won blue ribbons and grand prizes for these Kachinas at the Gallup, New Mexico Indian Ceremonials and The Santa Fe Indian Market. Her brother carves the legs out of cottonwood root.
