Beautiful large sterling silver and turquoise Chasing Star Dancer Kachina by Wilford Begay, Navajo. This c1995 dancer Kachina is Wilford Begay at his peak. The Chasing Star kachina has a Northstar mask, a feathered headdress going all the way down his back with stamping and etching on both sides. There is an added embellishment on the back with three hand-cut turquoise stones. The kachina has a nice detailed silver and turquoise necklace and turquoise concho belt and is carrying a rattle and evergreen branch offering.
