Vintage Navajo Germantown revival pictorial rug woven by famous master weaver Mae Clark. The central part features 4 generations of Clark Family weavers from great grandma to Mae, each dressed traditionally with a period rug. The four-corners show the detail of each of the rugs dropped over the weavers arms. The background of the rug is a Two-Gray Hills natural wool color rug. Be sure and look at the three different colors of salt and pepper grey and one color light brown. Purchased early c1990s on the Navajo Reservation and has been stored away in a trunk for many years. The rug is in perfect condition or as loomed (new) condition.
